Connex can sync the quantity available or the quantity on hand, during the inventory sync. If you have sales orders, then you should use the quantity available.
Here are the steps:
- On the Connex All Settings page, expand the Advanced Inventory fmenu.
- Check the box that says 'Sync quantity available (quantity on hand minus sales orders) from QuickBooks'
- Click Sync Now.
- Update an item in QuickBooks POS.
- In Connex, go to the Settings Menu (gear box icon) > reports > pending inventory.
- Verify the number.
