Out of box, Connex can match deposits from Stripe to QuickBooks. If e-commerce solution sends us the credit card reference number, you can upload a spreadsheet of deposits to match.

How does it work?
Here are the steps:
- Login to Connex .
- Click configure.
- Go to https://www.cloudcartconnector.com/deposit/index?useSpreadSheet=true
- Enter the deposit date, total credit card fees, and upload a one column CSV with a header called Reference Number. This reference number must exist in the QuickBooks sales receipt reference number field.
Connex will save these details to the database and match the deposit in the background. If sales are missing, Connex will log them at cloudcartconnector.com/report/log
